Frank started his building career in Missoula, Montana building log cabins when he was 18 years old. Since then, he has traveled around the country building and renovating beach-front mansions in Nantucket, MA, Kailua, HI, and Passagrille, FL; built new homes and additions throughout Alaska; renovated numerous Victorian homes, built innovative decks and additions in Rhode Island; and designed and built furniture and high-end custom cabinetry. He loves working with his hands and finds great pleasure when people are thrilled with the results. Frank is also a 5th degree blackbelt in Goju-Ryu, has a doctorate in educational leadership, wrote two books, sailed around the world numerous times, rides motorcycles, and thoroughly enjoys the art of creation. 

JoAnne designed and built homes in Southeast Texas; ran an HVAC, electrical, and contracting company for over 20 years; worked extensively on storm damaged properties from hurricanes. She has developed infrastructure for multiple properties and has extensive experience in refurbishing furniture, and is passionate about green energy and helping clients make their dreams come true. She also has an energy healing business, is a practicing Reiki Master, manifestation coach, and advanced Akashic Records Master.
